Since May 2024, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Ovolus. Since 2017, he has been the owner of Kappa Hospitality Group, maintaining an active presence in the Greek tourism and hospitality sector. Through this role, he has gained substantial hands-on experience in operations, financial management, and the development of hospitality investment projects.

Iro Karanikola is a highly experienced executive and Actuary with a profound knowledge of the insurance market, specializing in Solvency II, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Corporate Governance. Since January 2017, she has held the position of Managing Director and Consulting Actuary at RiAct , providing specialized Actuarial Services, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Compliance.
