The Company is currently in the process of implementing the Crowdfunding Platform it will manage, within the framework of providing crowdfunding services in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503. The platform’s technical infrastructure has not yet been completed and, therefore, its operation is expected to commence soon. The Terms & Conditions and other applicable terms will be made available upon launch of the platform.

One Three Capital is authorised to provide the following crowdfunding services:

Placement of securities without a firm commitment basis for crowdfunding purposes,
Reception and transmission of orders in relation to such securities,
Operation of a bulletin board.
